Counselling is all about the connection we form. I work from a professional, relaxed, conversation-style approach that is unique to each person I work with.

Within our Counselling space, you'll find a nurturing environment where your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are embraced without judgment. We’ll work at a pace that meets your comfort level.

It’s not about me, it’s about you, I don’t follow a text book structure, it’s not about clients following a program, but rather it’s about meeting clients where they are at, drawing on from their experience & finding a way to bring out their uniqueness within that. I share resources to guide /facilitate that process with clients.
